Hard Bargain Association, the oldest historic African American community in Franklin, Tennessee, is dedicated to building affordable homes for deserving families in Williamson County, one of the wealthiest counties in the USA. HBA will celebrate our 19th Annual HBA Celebration Dinner on Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 6pm - 9pm at the Embassy by Hilton South Coolsprings located on 820 Crescent Centre Dr, Franklin, TN 37067. We are elated to host you at our annual dinner.

This Year, We Need Your Help

We're excited to share our progress on four new homes we broke ground on this year! (See progress video here: https://vimeo.com/921603527) These homes will provide a safe and secure haven for an educator, a sanitation engineer, and more. We've successfully completed 60% of the duplex, but we need your support to bridge the remaining $50,000 gap to complete both of the units. Here are some examples of how your support impacts the communities we serve: $2,500 Will help rehab up to 10 homes. $1,000 Will provide all of the light fixtures for a new home. $500 Covers the cost of a new dishwasher, washer, or dryer. $250 Pays for the columns of a new or existing home. $100 Will pay utilities for Ty's House for a month.
