THIS IS THE PREMIER COMMUNITY EVENT OF THE SEASON
Come celebrate with us while enjoying a night of delicious food, great music, and a little competitive fun via our silent auction. This event exclusively benefits our community as we work together with the residents of the historic Hard Bargain neighborhood to restore, rebuild, and shape it into their vision for this neighborhood and its future. We're accomplishing this by having regular community meetings, design workshops, and having residents of the neighborhood on our board of directors and advisory board.
Our emphasis is on restoring the current community and not allowing gentrification of this historic neighborhood. HBA not only repairs existing homes, we also offer quality affordable homes for purchase to people who have not been able to attain the dream of home ownership. This is all possible with the help of donated services and materials, volunteer labor, and your financial contributions. This year will focus on duplicating our award winning process by breaking ground on four brand new THDA Community Housing Development Organization homes 3rd quarter this year.
